Is it included in my plan?
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. AI connections are not included in Free. Your plan’s screen and storage limits still apply. Your AI provider may require a separate subscription.
Which AI assistants work with Screencord?
Use an assistant with remote MCP support, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini CLI. MCP connects your assistant to Screencord. Availability, setup and supported features depend on your AI app and plan.
Can I edit the design afterwards?
Yes. Ask your assistant to revise it or open it in Studio. Text, prices and QR codes remain editable. Preview each saved version; draft edits leave published screens unchanged. Studio requires workspace owner or admin access.
Do I approve changes before they go live?
Yes, with automatic publishing off. You can enable it for routine updates. Edits to existing playlists, fallback content, schedule removals and conflicting takeovers still require approval.
Can I use images from a chat?
Yes. Ask ChatGPT to import a generated or uploaded image into Screencord. Image generation uses your ChatGPT account. If your assistant cannot transfer the file, upload it in Studio. Merely attaching a file does not import it; videos must finish processing before scheduling.
What can my assistant access?
Only the workspace and permissions you authorize. Screencord shares requested information with your assistant, which handles it under its provider’s terms. Each workspace needs a separate connection.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Revoke access in AI connections to stop access immediately. You can remove disconnected or expired connections from the list; published schedules and change history remain.
